Ready to book? Before you book online, please take a moment to read the information below. My practice is currently booked 6 months in advance, and the scheduling process is a little different for new and returning patients. The guidelines below will help you find the best way to get started, maintain your regular appointments, or get on the waiting list.

🌿 NEW PATIENTS — START HERE

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. Because my practice is currently booked well in advance, getting established works a little differently than booking a typical massage appointment. The good news is that I have a process specifically designed to help you get started and transition into the practice smoothly.

STEP 1 — Reserve Your Ongoing Care

First, use the online booking system to reserve your regular monthly appointments 6 months out.

These appointments secure your place in the schedule and allow you to begin building your ongoing care plan just like an established patient.

STEP 2 — Contact Me to Get You Caught Up

Your first appointment—and the monthly appointments you’ll need before your 6-month online bookings begin—will need to be scheduled manually.

I reserve additional days as needed each month specifically for welcoming new patients and helping them transition into the regular schedule. So even though the online calendar may look full, that doesn’t mean I can’t get you started.

✨ Your First Visit

Your initial visit includes a complimentary 30-minute health history and goal consultation. This gives us time to talk about what’s going on, what you’d like to accomplish, and how I can best approach your care before we begin your massage session.

If you’re ready to get started, reserve your monthly appointments online first, then call or text me so I can personally help you with the rest.

🌿 WAITING LIST — LOOKING FOR AN EARLIER APPOINTMENT?

If your preferred date or time isn’t available, you can add yourself to the waiting list.

You don’t need to call or text to do this. Simply book as you normally would and click on any gray/fully booked day on the calendar.

The system will let you know that there are no appointments available that day and will ask whether you’d like to join the waiting list.

Choose yes, and you’ll be added to the waiting list for that day. If an appointment becomes available, you’ll be notified according to the waiting-list system.

Tip: If you’re flexible, consider joining the waiting list for multiple dates. The more dates you select, the more opportunities you’ll have to catch an opening.
